“Hydrocracker have delivered successful workshops for our teams of 16 and 17 year olds over several seasons of NCS. The skill and experience each facilitator has brought to the skills phase of our programme has added real value to the participants, both in supporting them to think about who they are as individuals and how they operate as a team. Using interactive, engaging and dynamic drama techniques they have appealed to our diverse teams. We have seen individuals gain  in confidence and improve their ability to communicate powerful messages and present their ideas in a clear and effective way.”

Helen Zeida
NCS coordinator for Brighton and Hove.

For the past two years Hydrocracker has helped deliver a key part of The National Citizen Service Programme in Sussex helping young people develop their confidence and communication skills on a wide range of social action projects.
